From time to time we might have a product that we overordered or has been slow moving for some reason, this is where you can benefit as we need to keep our stock moving.

In this part of our shop you can purchase products that are close to their Best Before dates and pickup a bargain.

Just because a product is close to it's Best Before date doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with it.

In fact our products are still just as good months or even years after their Best Before date has passed as the drying process is fully controlled for moisture levels.

Typically, a product may lose a very small percentage of it's nutritional value, or may change colour slightly, however due to the dried nature of our products they last for a long time if packaged, stored and resealed properly.

What's the difference between "Best Before" and "Expiry" dates ?

A "Best Before" date is simply an indication of when a product will keep until it's nutritional value or other minor factors like taste, smell or colour could start changing, products are typically perfectly fine to consume for months or years after the "Best Before" date.

An "Expiry" date is a lot different, expiry dates are deemed to be the date after which you should not consume a product as it may not be fit for consumption, expiry dates are typically used for perishable goods.

Please just be aware that this page is especially for selling products which are close to their Best Before date or other reasons, so when you order these products they may be close or at their Best Before date, they are perfectly OK for consumption though of course.​
