  • Rolled oats are easy to prepare and incredibly versatile. Use them to make warm, creamy porridge, soak overnight with milk or yoghurt for a quick breakfast, or add them to baking for extra texture and goodness.

    For a simple porridge, combine ½ cup rolled oats with 1 cup milk or water, then cook gently until soft and creamy. Sweeten or flavour as desired with honey, fruit, cinnamon, nuts or seeds.
