Autumn is here and the colours are changing.

It is an awesome time of the year with warm days and cool nights.

 For those of us who grow their own pumpkins these fabulous vegetables will be sitting in the sun getting their skins toughened up for storage over winter.

Soups and curries are our go-to meals over winter and even better if we put them in the slow cooker!
