Our Sweet Potato Flakes are dehydrated sweet potatoes and while not quite as 'flakey' as our regular potato flakes they are still a great product to have in the pantry.
While you could rehydrate them by simply soaking them in hot water in a covered bowl, we've found the quickest and easierst way is to boil them on the stove for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Add seasoning to taste.
Have as a side to your main meal or use the mash for fritters, hash browns, sheperds pie topping or anything else you can think of!
