A great addition to your cooking and once re-hydrated they can be used in any recipe where raw capsicum is required.
Capsicum will re-hydrate to double in size in cool water. They can be sautéed & added to salsa, salads or quiches.
When adding to a dish with lots of liquid, there’s no need to rehydrate in advance, just add the dried capsicum about 15 to 20 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Capsicums are also good sources of fibre, antioxidants, vitamins & minerals.

Rehydration Instructions
Simply soak Capsicum Granules in warm water for a few minutes until they become pliable, drain any excess water and they are ready.
As a guide for every 1 cup of vegetable add 2.5 cups of warm water.
