Our Minced Garlic is made from fresh quality bulbs of garlic that are cleaned, cut, & dried. The dried pieces of garlic are ground to make medium granules representing small pieces of garlic rather than small granules, typically as you would find in jars of minced garlic you would find in the supermarket.
Minced garlic has the savoury and sweet flavour of fresh garlic, with a milder taste. It is perfect for seasoning meats, add flavour to vegetables, soups or stews.
Garlic is a good source of iron & manganese.
